The Diviners - Oracle Card Deck, 2024-2026

With a whole deck of 53 cards, the Diviner deck is one of my favorite works in a very long time. A labor of love, I first decided the title of all the cards as well as their meanings, drawing from Tarot and Oracle cards, classical motifs and meanings, as well as other decks created by other creatives such as Skyjacks "Luminaries" and Wizard of the Coast's "Tarokka Cards". The cards are divided into four suits, The Swords (red) representing Violence, Conflict, and Raw Power, The Stars (purple) representing Creativity, Determination, and Potential, Coins (yellow) representing Change, Shifting Fortunes, and Material Matters, and Threads (green) representing Connections, Relationships, Bonds Forged and Broken. In addition to these four suits are the 13 High cards, more meaningful and powerful than the rest of the deck, harboring both great fortune and great woe to those who happen to draw them.

Used as an in-world divination deck, each card and their meaning is closely related to both important characters, events or ideas, and motifs found in my Dungeons and Dragons game, loosely based on the module Curse of Strahd. Each of the 4 player characters have their own cards dedicated and made for them, as well as the whole deck being used as a tool of improv, story beats, and role play within the game itself. Being printed into a physical form, they are shuffled, drawn, and the futures are told within The Diviner Deck's depths.

Then and Now, 2023

Designing Aliyah Naverus + Visual Novel, 2023-2024

Based on a Dungeons and Dragons character that never came to fruition, I instead turned them into a character design concept.

Fleshing out their backstory and motivation, I created the work Then and Now, depicting the mirrored and flipped nature of their devotion to their family and their status growing up, contrasted with the hatred they now have for those systems and dedication to bring justice to those who have wronged her. The three main colors of Red, Green, and Gold are also meaningful to her. Gold is for who she was, Green for what they want to be, and Red for who they really are.

After designing Aliyah, I chose to use them in a mock fantasy visual novel as apart of a digital animation project. I created all the character assets myself as well as voice acting Aliyah themself. It was incredibly inspiring to see my character move and interact with the player even in the minute mock up, and would love to do more visual novel and video game work in the future.

The Cottage - Costume Designs

My costume designs for the play, The Cottage by Sandy Rustin. After meticulously researching 1920s high society style and the sensual and dapper clothing these two characters would wear, I designed both a lingerie and outerwear looks they would adorn though out the play. I focused to portray both of their personalities within their clothing, adornments, and color palettes, as well as hint at their overall character arcs throughout the story.

The Bloodied Knight, 2025

A dangerious adversary drenched in blood. Forever roaming the halls of the ruins of her forgotten castle, she seeks revenge and yearns for violence. In this illustration does her tortured soul take form, dragging her sword Oathmaker behind her, sparking as she moves. Yet there may be more to the tale she harbors, one in which my Curse of Strahd players found out.

D&D Busts, 2023-2024

Immortalizing a past group's characters for two different Dungeons and Dragons games, I created a total of 12 busts of all the player characters and a few adversaries to join the mix. Focusing on the uniqueness of each character, I hoped to portray both their personality as well as their strengths and flaws in such a small glimpse. Color palettes as well as lighting were particularly a focus of mine, each telling a story of the character and what they have been through.
